21 2 0 1 9 - 2 0 2 0 2019 SUMMER CAMP GOLF CLASSIC The annual SODE Summer Camp Golf Classic was held on Monday, September 16, at Bidermann Golf Course, a private 18-hole golf facility located in Wilmington, Delaware. Bidermann boasts an enjoyable, yet challenging golf course surrounded by scenic beauty and serenity. A feature of the Summer Camp Classic is the opportunity for each foursome to play the par three holes with a Special Olympics athlete. Money raised from this tournament allows athletes to attend, free of charge, two summer camps held annually at Camp Barnes, located in Frankford, Delaware. A raffle and dinner caps the tournament at the end of the day, followed by an inspirational message given by a Special Olympics Delaware athlete or family member.
