It's a mash blend of winter wheat and malted barley, fermented at a certified organic brewery near the distillery in southern Sweden. Located in a small stable house built in 1732, the distillery is across the moat from 13th-century Ellinge Castle, the home and soul of Purity Vodka. During 34 separate distillations, 90 percent of the liquid is lost, leaving the remaining spirit so refined that no filtration is necessary. This craft vodka is also gluten-free. Purity Vodka, the world's most awarded ultra-premium vodka (it received 100 points out of 100 at the 2011 Grand Master Vodka competition), received top-honors at The 2013 Spirits Business Vodka Masters competitions, taking home the Grand Vodka Master for an unprecedented three years in a row. Dispense one inch of foam* into bottom of coupe then strain liquid into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a strawberry.
