As a passionate national, state, and local leader, I defend racial and social justice and advocate for the health and safety of all educational stakeholders. I've held almost every position at the local level, have nine years' experience on AEA Board of Directors and three years' experience as NEA Alternate Director. My greatest accomplishment is leading my 2,300 district employees in the 2018 #REDforED Walk- Out, where I'm now the current local President. I'm also a proud founding member of ESWAG, a group which inspired a nationwide trend of new educator engagement. In 2019, I was honored to be chosen as one of 30 candidates across the country to participate in NEA's Pre-Uniserv/Organizational Consultant Academy in which I became a trained organizer. ese experiences catapulted me to become the knowledgeable leader I am today. My name is Graham Earl Corp. I am running to work alongside Kelly Fisher as current NEA State Director to serve alongside her as Alternative State Director to eventually help the Arizona Education Association continue to develop our position as leading the labor movement within our state by having two state director's following the 2025 AEA Election Cycle (if elected to serve). I have deep interest in the work currently being done at the national level and am confident that I can both do the research to be an informed activist as well as lobby for our interests in our nation's capital. I recognize that there are more individuals out there with more years of experience both within the union and in the field of education, but you would be hard pressed to find anyone who can match my level of commitment and desire to grow and serve the union more. Having taught 20 years in Arizona's public schools, Erin Henderson (she/her) remains as passionate about education and teaching now as she was when she began her career. Ms. Henderson currently teaches English at Alhambra High School in Phoenix and is also the Instructional Leader for the English Department. Her career began in the Kyrene School District where she taught students from grades 5 - 8 in general education and theater classes. A lifelong learner, Ms. Henderson holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education from Arizona State University (ASU) and a Master of Arts Degree in Secondary Education from Northern Arizona University. Ms. Henderson is currently working an additional Masters Degree in English through ASU. Ms. Henderson knows the impact a positive school culture has on students and dedicates her time outside the classroom serving on many school and district committees including the district curriculum team and is a sponsor of the Gender and Sexuality Alliance. A product of Arizona public schools, Ms. Henderson has volunteered for many years as a representative to her education associations, working to ensure a quality public education for all students. Erin served as Vice President and President of the Kyrene Education Association and was the alternate director for Region 9. In Phoenix Union, Ms. Henderson has served on the CTA Council of Representatives. Erin is Union Proud and is eager to serve Public Education as the Alternate Director for Region 3 for the AEA.
