Eco-Classic ANNIVERSARIES n March 2008, Los Angeles bartender Marcos Tello began The Sporting Life to unite the bartender community and serious cocktail enthu- siasts, just as the cocktail revolution was hitting Los Angeles. With the intent of raising the status of mixed drinks in this historic cocktail city, local industry professionals get together once a month to network and share their ideas and creations.
