Supéry Estate Vineyards and Winery in Napa Valley will showcase their wines from August 2017 through August 2018 in Beverly Hills, California, at the St. Supéry Estate Tasting Salon on Rodeo Drive. The tasting salon will be open daily for interactive tasting experiences, bottle service and wine purchases. "We are excited to have the opportunity to open a tasting salon in Southern California," says St. Supéry Estate Vineyards and Winery CEO Emma Swain. "We have a number of dedicated collectors in the area and we look forward to being able to bring Napa Valley and the experience of St. Supéry and our estate wines directly to them. In addition, we see the appreciation of fine wines to be very complementary to the lifestyle and interests of the clients visiting this neighborhood." Barrels from the St. Supéry winery in Rutherford, California, are arranged on one wall, and guests are invited to explore Napa Valley firsthand by viewing displays of the vineyards' unique soils and taking a virtual reality tour of St. Supéry's Rutherford and Dollarhide Estate vine- yards. Guests will sample a tasting flight of their choice, which includes discovering the white and red varities of Bordeaux and comparing and contrasting styles of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay to find their preferred wine style. Interactive wine experiences will also be offered, including Aromatherapy with a Corkscrew—a tasting that enhances your sense of smell through a series of aroma identification exercises designed to help identify the complex notes in the wines.
