You were one of my first students in the Walt Disney World Resort Training Program and you went on to become a Master Sommelier. We are here today teaching the MS Introductory Level. Could you have imagined it then? What exactly is your job at Disney? Brian Koziol: It's complex. There are really three areas of focus. First is developing new con- cepts and revitalizing older concepts. Second is to oversee our domestic beverage strategy and to consult our worldwide parks and resorts. Third is our front-of-house standards and tabletop orientation.
