As a respected marketing professional with experience that spans many industries, Williams has a reputation for accomplishing what others deem to be impossible. This strate- gic thinker understands consumers, anticipates their needs, and creates brand loyalists through the implementation of marketing campaigns that connect to the soul of its target audience. Williams' professional marketing career spans more than 20 years, influencing millions of purchasing decisions in the beau- ty and fast food industries prior to landing in the cruise indus- try, an industry which she demonstrates a great knowledge and passion for. AHMEENAH YOUNG is an accomplished senior exec- utive in the tourism and hospitality industry with out- standing credentials and a proven record of results. Across all of her professional posts she has consistently maintained dili- gent focus on growth in produc- tivity and made bottom-line profitability a priority. As president and CEO of the Pennsylvania Convention Center, Young recommends and imple- ments all contractual and vendor services, directs all recruiting processes and participates in selection of PCCA employ- ees. She oversees marketing, public relations and customer service programs as well as development of budgets, finan- cial policies and fiscal controls for the operation of the PCCA. Young currently sits on boards for Sunoco Welcome America!, Temple University's School of Tourism and Hospitality Manage-ment, Art Sanctuary, MANNA, North Philadelphia Health Systems, Philadelphia Academies, National Forum for Black Public Administrators, Mount Airy USA, and the Philadelphia Airport. She is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau.
