The PCCA is currently undergoing a $700 million expansion that will increase the site's footprint to over one million sq. ft. This is the only major Convention Center expansion project in the country. The PCCA currently has four exhibit halls totaling 440,000 sq. ft. (post-expansion: seven halls/700,000 sq. ft.); a main level spanning 315,000 sq. ft. (post-expansion: 541,000 contiguous sq. ft.); and a street level spanning 125,000 sq. ft.
