The key word for Olivia Munn's career is "progression." So many actresses are prone to the one hit wonder formula—make headlines, have a small run, and then fade away making a re-appearance occasionally on some VH1 show. The key to true Hollywood success however is to be smart, play the waiting game, and take advantage of the golden opportunities when they come. Olivia Munn's career was initially below the radar until she struck her first success by hosting/co- hosting "Attack of the Show!" a show that featured the latest in technology and gaming. From there, Munn picked her spots with some small roles in television and movies, such as the ABC family show Greek and the blockbuster hit "Iron Man 2," and when network television came along, Munn showcased her true talent and landed a role in one of the most highly anticipated comedies of the 2010 line- up, "Perfect Couples." What makes Munn's role so great in the show is that her character is basically the polar opposite of who Munn is. Munn is perky, fun, and sometimes outrageous. Munn's character, Leigh, is tightly-wound, by-the-book, and seemingly lifeless. The show follows three couples, who all approach relationships differently. There are numerous comedy Pilots coming out for next season, but none is being talked about more, at least at NBC, than "Perfect Couples." In addition Olivia Munn is a big PETA supporter and has a campaign protecting the rights of elephants, demanding that they no longer be used for circus acts. Olivia Munn has shown that gold can strike at any time when you are patient. Photography by: Hama Sanders by: Jon Khoshafian Interview: Damion Stein 30 LIVEMAGS.NET JUNE>>10
