bits & pieces Picture Head adds 5.1 stage H OLLYWOOD — Picture Head (www.pic- turehead.com), here, has built-out Sound 7, a new 5.1 mix room/soundstage.The pro- ject was guided by director of sound Mark Her- scovitz, who called on consultant Charles Pell of Cobalt Blue Technology, along with Colin Ritchie of Filmscreen 10-foot perforated screen and a Blue Sky Big Blue 5.1 monitoring system.The Blue Sky set-up consists of three SAT 12 mains in the front wall, a Sub 15 Universal, and four in-wall I/ON surround speak- ers along the sides.
