Every airport has its own version of public art. The production chose to feature this curious statue of George H.W. Bush from the Houston airport. The alcove where the statue resides also features the story of his life in public service, starting with his days as a pilot in the Air Force continuing on after his presidency. We also collaborated on figuring out the backing for the 70-foot gate window. Originally, we thought our scenes would occur during the day, but we were able to make a case for a day/night backing for the gate window. Having the option A. G.H.W. BUSH STATUE IN PROGRESS. B.
