There is an assortment of con- siderations involved. One of the most prominent fac- tors is COST. This economy has been volatile as of late and planning these events must be strategically coordinated, down to the location. Although many would love to hold their events in major metropolises like Los Angeles, New York and Miami, some budgets just won't allow it. Thankfully there are alternative cities in America that can offer that same great top-level hos- pitality for half the price.
