He has achieved record-breaking room nights, positioning Dunwoody prominently among planners across various industries nationwide. Mike's journey includes substantial contributions to diverse destinations such as Washington DC, Atlanta, and the Palm Beaches, highlighting his comprehensive understanding of the industry landscape. This diverse back- ground uniquely equips him for the challenges and oppor- tunities inherent in his new role as Vice President of Sales. Treasure, a distinguished Sales Manager, has demonstrated exceptional achievements in boosting sales and spearheading new business initia- tives. With a background in both hotel Sales and destination marketing in-house sales, she brings a unique perspective and skill set to the role. This diverse experience positions her to navigate the intricacies of the industry adeptly. Recognizing her outstanding contributions, she has rightfully earned the position of Senior Sales Manager. In this new role, Treasure is poised to play a pivotal role in furthering the success of Discover Dunwoody, contributing significantly to sales efforts, and ele- vating the organization's standing in the Atlanta Metro market. PROSCOVIA MATTAS CGMP, CEM SERVES AS C3 GROUP'S VICE PRESIDENT Proscovia Mattas' unique journey of edu- cation and experience of over 25 years gives her a firm grasp on the meet- ing and convention services her clients require. Proscovia received her bachelors degree in Hospitality Business Management from Cesar Ritz Colleges in Switzerland in conjunction with Washington State University. She followed this with over 15 years expe- rience working with major international hotel chains in Germany and USA including Hilton Hotels and Resorts, Accor Hotels and Marriott International. Proscovia then pivoted to 10 years experience working for convention and visitors bureaus most recently as Director of National Accounts at the Nashville Convention and Visitors Corporation. She is multilingual and has solid practical knowledge of both the hotel and con- vention aspects of sourcing and planning meetings and events. Proscovia is a certified Government Meeting Planner CGMP a certifica- tion by the Society of Government Meeting Planners. Proscovia is also Certified in Exhibition Management CEM, a certification by the International Association for Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) . Her uncommon marriage of hotel and convention careers makes her an invaluable resource for her clients particularly with RFP management- Sourcing, Site selection and hotel and convention center contract nego- tiation.
