I also made many hand-painted showcard borders that the English staff could fill in when the shops' purposes became more specific. Stefan could not have been more supportive of this process and it was tremendous fun; basically, I just designed what I thought was appropriate and might be needed. When they were all complete, I put together the large-style board and marked the clearance details on separate files so the English staff would have all the legal information they needed to present to Disney when locking the film. The Joy of Animation Much as was the case in my work on Alice Through the Looking Glass, this show was such a joy to design. I felt artistically challenged and used to my full potential as a Graphic Designer. I was having such a great time that I would often not realize that it was the end of the day, and I think that's the greatest compliment of all to the team. Thank you, Stefan Dechant, Doug Chiang and Doug Meerdink for having me. Let's do it again—I love not having to worry about gravity.
