W hen most consumers think of liqueurs, scenes of holiday and other winter cocktails probably come to mind, with visions of Irish coffee and eggnog dancing in their heads. These patrons are not wrong—liqueurs do exceptionally well in winter and create delicious cocktails during the cold, dark winter months—but as industry insiders, since these spirits can be flavored with every- thing from fruit and cream, to flowers and nuts, we know better than to stick liqueurs in a corner during the summer months. These spirits don't fall short even in the hottest of temps, and to prove this point, we chose some of our favorites for the heatwave.
