What's more, they are doing more than crafting killer drinks to their ever-growing throng of loyal customers. They are also collectively slaying an outdated stereotype that the city and its suburbs are all about vacationers imbibing on oversized faux-tropical drinks that vaguely look like a seaside sunset.
