SPEED TASTING REPORT raft is cooler than ever. With the artisanal spirit movement gaining traction every day, more and more buyers are eager to explore the charms of craft spirits and are pondering how and why to make the switch from featuring the Big Name brand to offering their guests a truly artisanal experience. With that trend in mind, THE TASTING PANEL invited 12 crafts spirits showcase at our San Francisco-based Speed Tasting, where they had the opportunity to explain the inside story behind the brand and tell us what makes their product unique. Hosted by Joel Teitelbaum, Portfolio Ambassador of the Artisanal Group and David Nepove, SWS Director of Mixology and Spirits Education, our panel of A-list Bay Area spirits professionals tasted each product neat during the ten-minute presentations.
