Feddock has over a decade of expe- rience in production and business development for a wide range of production and post companies. She kicked off her career lending her talents to top editorial and animation studios, including P.S. 260, Cut + Run and The Now Corporation. She transi- tioned into sales and creative development for Transistor Studios, simpatico, and most recently the design-driven production shop FCC.TV. MARK ANDERSON Codex, the London-based maker of recorders and media processing systems designed to streamline the transfer of digital files and images from camera through to post, has hired Mark Anderson as its new director of storage sales. He recently head- ed up market development for storage provider G-Technology, and has developed and maintained relationships with retail tech companies, such as Apple Retail and online stores for Symply and Promise Technology products. Anderson will use his extensive knowledge of media workflows and the storage market to spearhead sales efforts for Codex's new line of storage solutions. KEN KRESGE New York City's Edit 1 adds Ken Kresge as VP creative director/editor. Kresge will play an integral role in the direction of Edit1's creative work and the company's overall growth going forward. The addition of Kresge is in response to the changing needs of clients, where work needs to get done faster, under more challenging budgets, but with the same (if not greater) expectations for creative excellence. Kresge began his career at McCann- Erickson, spent the last 17 years at The Napoleon Group, and the last seven as creative director. CHRISTA TAZZEO MORSON Deluxe Toronto has named Christa Tazzeo Morson VP of sales, post production. Morson will oversee sales for all Deluxe Toronto's post services, includ- ing picture, sound and visual effects. With more than 17 years of experience in the entertainment industry, Morson comes to Deluxe Toronto from Spin VFX, where she led feature film and television business development and served as executive producer. Her credits include the upcoming Flatliners remake from Sony, A Series of Unfortunate Events (Netflix), Suicide Squad (Warner Bros.), Spotlight (E1) and Game of Thrones (HBO). NATE CALI Nomad has signed editor Nate Cali to its roster. Cali, who will be based out of the Santa Monica office, has edited campaigns for clients including Nike, Reebok, Red Bull, Taco Bell, Capital One and Funny or Die. Prior to Nomad, Nate had worked at both Union Editorial as well as Optimus, where he progressed quickly from an assistant editor to a partner in the company. JEANNETTE ZEPEDA Burbank's Roundabout Entertainment has hired post industry veteran Jeannette Zepeda to fill the newly-created post of executive director for business development, creative services. Zepeda will oversee sales and marketing for the facility's post sound services, and for its newly-expanded DI department. She will also work with the facility's senior management in developing new services and workflows to meet emerging market demands. Zepeda has worked on several projects for Roundabout, including DI finishing for Terrence Malick's Song to Song and an untitled project for director Paul Thomas Anderson. Zepeda was previously feature post producer with Modern VideoFilm. JON COWLEY FuseFX has hired 18-year visual effects industry veteran Jon Cowley as head of production and senior VFX supervisor at its production facility in Vancouver. Cowley will oversee production activity at the facility and lead its team of VFX supervisors on projects including the television series Zoo and Mist. He brings experience as a manager, supervisor and artist with credits including the films Furious 7, TRON: Legacy, The Great Gatsby and District 9. Most recently, he served as a client-side VFX supervisor on the Netflix television series, Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events. JORDI BARES Framestore welcomes Jordi Bares as creative director in advertising at its London studio. Bares is a visual effects industry pro, having previously led teams at The Mill, Realise Studio and most recently, Glassworks. He has built an impressive portfolio of work, collaborating with leading directors for brands including Adidas, Guinness, Heineken, Levis and Sony. In his new role, Bares will continue to expand Framestore's successful ad- vertising division, where artists frequently work hand-in-hand with the newer disciplines offered by the VR Studio, Framestore Pictures and Framestore Labs and offering clients a highly collaborative and streamlined pipeline and a 360-degree approach to campaigns.
