Broker's London Dry Gin ◗ Lucid Absinthe Supérieure ◗ 1 oz. fresh honeydew juice ◗ ¾ oz. fresh lemon juice ◗ ¾ oz. lemongrass syrup ◗ Rosemary Hit a Collins glass with two spritzes of absinthe to coat the inside of the glass. Add gin, honeydew juice, lemon juice and lemongrass syrup to building pint, add ice and shake hard for 8-10 seconds. Strain cocktail into the Collins glass and top off with Scotman's pebble ice. Twinings Earl Grey Tea- infused Combier Pêche de Vigne ◗ ½ oz. fresh lemon juice ◗ 2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters ◗ Luxardo Cherry Syrup-caramelized and dehydrated lemon wheel garnish For garnish: Cut lemon wheel. Dip into syrup from Luxardo Gourmet Maraschino cherries. Place in oven at 200 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. St-Germain ◗ ¾ oz. 18.21 Bitters Apple Cardamom Shrub ◗ ½ oz. lemon juice ◗ 9 drops 18.21 Bitters Grapefruit Lavender Bitters ◗ Egg white Add all ingredients to shake and dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Add ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into rocks glass with edible flower ice sphere and garnish with a spanked rosemary spring.
