Terrance's car. We ended up having the latter built by the team at WETA as a fully functional vehicle. Pretty fun. The vertical chimney design approach to the dehumanized futuristic chicken plant was to echo the seating layout of the astronauts on their way to the space station. Using the concept models, previs shots were then created and from the those, production was able to establish a shooting methodology that would help us determine the size of the partial sets we needed to build on stage for both the space rocket and the chicken farm. Getting Past the Quarantine As I finally made it to Melbourne, I was welcomed by an amazing Art Department team that was gathered around Supervising Art Director Janie Parker. Everybody was passionately invested into realizing and supporting this project. Although on the other side of the Earth, I also feel privileged to have made a few good friends for life along the way: Janie, Ruby, Vanessa, Andrew, Katie, Eshwar, Kim, Karijus, Glenn for the brilliant and invisible greens job, Ross Murdoch and his construction team of magicians. Rohan Dawson and Stewart Burchall and their master team that made those perfect finishes, Eddie Thorne the first AD, co- producer Kate Glover. I can only hope we find each other together again. I miss you all.
