Tiffany Apple, and an ace construction/paint team led by Whitney Yale and Sean Bernard. I'm infinitely grateful to Angela Stauffer who fearlessly took over the Art Director's chair, as well as my old friend and graphics wizard, Steve Samanen, who contributed key layouts from afar. One bit of happy news: The legendary Ann Roth would design the costumes, which brought me back to my salad days in 1982 when I designed sets and Ann the clothes for a show at the Berkshire Theatre Festival. Speaking a shared theater language would bode very well for our collaboration here. Women and girls are the center of Margaret's story, and if I wanted to get this world right, I had better listen closely to the women around me, particularly director Fremon Craig and decorator van den Brink.
