PEOPLE www.postmagazine.com 39 POST MAY/JUNE 2020 DARREN WOOLFSON Darren Woolfson has joined London's Molinare as director of technology & visual services — a new role. Woolfson has enjoyed a successful career in the film and television industry as a technical expert for 30 years. He started his career at Complete Video and later joined Molinare, where, as technical director, he played a key role in the management buyout of the business in 2003. He was also instrumental in ensuring that the then-struggling post company once again became a highly successful TV & film post production facility. In 2007 Woolfson left Molinare to join the senior management team at Pinewood Studios as director of technology. During that time he managed and oversaw all aspects of technology associated with feature film, TV and games production and post production. He also ran the group's picture services divi- sion in the UK and across its international studios. HAINES HALL Rock Paper Scissors, which has locations in Santa Monica and New York City, is now representing editor Haines Hall in the US. The move marks a reunion be- tween studio founder Angus Wall and Hall, as the two have maintained a longstanding friendship since they began their film careers at Propaganda Films. Hall has edited commercials for Nike, Adidas, Facebook, Apple, Got Milk, Miller Lite and Volkswagen. Beyond advertising, he formed another lifelong working friendship with contemporary artist Doug Aitken, editing many of his multi-screen video installations and working on the Station To Station tour, memorializing clips from the tour into a feature docu- mentary that debuted at the Sundance Film Festival. Before joining Rock Paper Scissors, Hall spent 24 years as part of the Spot Welders roster. JUAN DELCAN Creative studio Nice Shoes in New York City has signed independent director/creative director Juan Delcan to its roster of creative directors. With over 20 years of filmmaking experience, Delcan has acted as creative lead or directed video games, commercials, visual graphics, interactive installations, poetry adapta- tions and concert projects. Delcan began his career working between Madrid and Paris before relocat- ing to the US to work on TV promos and commercials in Los Angeles. Later, he moved to New York to work as a creative director at Spontaneous. He has considerable expertise in the beauty and fashion industries, working with brands such as Herbal Essences, Olay, L'Oreal, Estee lauder, Crest and Oral-B. His Safety Match spot has received attention for featuring a health-conscious match that steps out of line to stop the spread of fire by social distancing. WADE RUDOLPH Goldcrest Post in New York City has hired Wade Rudolph as head of production. He held a similar position at Deluxe Creative Services, New York, and brings 15 years of production and post production experience, spanning episodic and long-form television, independent features and documentaries. At Goldcrest, Rudolph will oversee picture finishing and work with clients and the facility's colorist and editors to ensure projects hit their creative and delivery targets. Rudolph spent six years at Deluxe as head of production and senior pro- ducer. His background also includes senior producer roles with Technicolor PostWorks and Post Factory. He began his career with MTV Networks. In his new role, he plans to use his diverse experience to assist clients in planning for post and meeting today's complex delivery requirements. Colin Edelman (top) and Colin Reilly (middle) were both recently promoted to editor, while Laura Lamb Patterson (bot- tom) was bumped up to executive producer. His work includes projects for MM LaFleur and Chance the Rapper, E*Trade's "Don't Get Mad" campaign and Burger King's infamous mascot. Reilly started at PS260 11 years ago and is home- grown, having climbed his way through the ranks. An insightful and strategic editor, Reilly has worked on campaigns for Coca-Cola, Harry's Razors, Grey Goose Vodka, Google, Facebook, Peloton and AT&T.
