A C H R I S T M A S S T O R Y L I V E | P E R S P E C T I V E 7 9 Working on this nontraditional project inside of these nontraditional spaces, however challenging, allowed an opportunity to move beyond the cherished original film and brought the best out of our tight knit team. We're ready to begin the hunt for our next unicorn. ADG to look hard at what was in front of me to uncover the little gem that it could be. It meant that the skeletal remains of shows gone by would have to be torn out. It would mean the need to work around the telephone poles that are used to keep those backlot buildings standing. And it would also mean that the iconic scene with Santa would need to be shorter and squatter than I had hoped. I think that all involved were pleasantly surprised by the amount of space that was finally carved out.
