HOW TO HAVE FUN AND STILL CALL IT BUSINESS photos by Nikki Ritcher n August 20, Southern Wine & Spirits of Northern California and Wente Family Estates hosted their top-selling regional accounts at The Course at Wente Vineyards and the Purple Orchid Inn & Spa for a day of golf or massage for guests. The event was created by Wente's Director of Sales, Northwest, Marc Gutierrez, and SWS's Vice President of National Accounts, Jack Trigger, as a combined way to acknowledge local accounts with multiple units that sell Wente Family Estates' brands. At the end of the day, everyone enjoyed themselves with a glass of wine and a fabulous spread from Catering at Wente Vineyards while etched 3-liters were handed out to those accounts who sold the most for each brand: Wente Vineyards brand – Cattlemen's Double Decker brand – Fisherman's Grotto, Monterey Murrieta's Well brand – Max's Hayes Ranch brand – Kimpton Hotels !
