A LONG LOOK BACK–
Mr. Burgard writes: "It
has been a long while.
When I had more time
and energy, I would
collaborate with my
friend Rick Hoberg on
various independent
comic books. Most went
to print, if only for
limited runs, but there
was one dinosaur-themed
concept that didn't get
off the ground that may
be worth another try. I
had produced some of my
favorite dino art for the
teaser prologue, although
here I have to omit one
of my favorite pages
because it gives away
too much of the overall
concept. We may want
to come back to it one
day. But please enjoy this
short sequence."
