But let's not chalk it up to the frosé (frozen rosé cocktails) and brosé (men "admitting" they like rosé) movements. Rosé, when it's well made, is a formidable wine category, not to mention immensely versatile—this is why we're seeing more and more of it, whether imported or being produced domestically.
