Bartender Bill Whitlow, who ultimately claimed the title of Master of Moonshine, was smiling ear to ear as he topped each cocktail with a dash of cinnamon lit afire. Believe us when we tell you this: His smile spread even wider when he took home a cash prize of $5,000 for his winning concoction.
