Located on Southern California's verdant and stunningly beautiful Palos Verdes Peninsula, just a quick hour drive into Downtown Los Angeles, the Catalina Kitchen is serving up a California-centric theme that pervades everything from the décor to the dishes, the cocktails to the wine list. All this with a view from the dining room of Catalina Island. "The new Catalina Kitchen menu further supports Terranea's efforts to bring a taste of California, and specifically the Palos Verdes Peninsula, to our guests," explains David Tarrin, Chef de Cuisine of Catalina Kitchen. The menu showcases local ingredients and features a selection of fresh seafood, charcuterie, steaks and chops, fresh garden salads and vegetables, flatbreads and pastas, all laid out in a thoughtfully crafted buffet. Catalina Kitchen also offers a full bar stocked with a curated selection of local California spirits, where hand- crafted cocktails made from fresh ingredients are served to perfection by the knowledgeable and gracious bar staff. —Karen Moneymaker
