Gaston Martinez is one of them. The son of Argentinean parents who opened the first Argentine restaurant in Las Vegas, in 1974, Gaston grew up in the hospitality industry. "It was in my life from the very beginning," he recalls. "I remember being 11 or 12 and my dad asking me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I told him I wanted to own a restaurant or a nightclub.
