Stuart's numerous other feature credits include Enchanted, Stepmom, Hair, Mermaids, Romeo Is Bleeding, ree Men and a Little Lady, Old Gringo, Brighton Beach Memoirs, e Mambo Kings, When a Man Loves a Woman, I.Q., Charlotte's Web, e Ballad of Gregorio Cortez, e Ghost and the Darkness, Marley and Me, Hope Springs, and Ricki and the Flash. On television, Stuart's design for Little Gloria...Happy at Last, earned him an Emmy Award nomination for Art Direction. He has designed several projects for HBO, the rst being Mike Nichols' production of Wit, starring Emma ompson. He continued the Nichols/HBO collaboration with Angels in America, for which he won both an Emmy Award and an Art Directors Guild Award in 2004. His HBO venture continued with Empire Falls, directed by Fred Schepisi and starring Paul Newman and Ed Harris. He was nominated for an Emmy Award and won an Art Directors Guild Award for that project. Recently, also for HBO, he designed the rst two seasons of Divorce, followed by e Loudest Voice for Showtime. Stuart and his wife Patrizia live a wonderful life in both New York and Connecticut.
