That agreement mirrors the protections on which the struck companies are refusing to negotiate. Those four areas of contention are safety provisions when doing stunts and performance capture vocal stress protections transparency, so performers have a better sense of the role they will be playing, and a modest backend payment structure. n several instances, members were approached to do non- union work, but performers refused and instead encouraged the companies to sign a union contract.
