Exams will be given for: Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW), Certified Specialist of Spirits (CSS), Certified Wine Educator (CWE) and the new Beverage Specialist Certificate. Then immerse yourself in tastings and lectures on the wines and spirits of France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Chile, Scotland and the US.
