This month, we chatted with Rick Scully, who was recently named U.S. Sales Director at Casa Dragones. TP: How would you defi ne Casa Dragones' culture and what attracted you to it? RS: Co-founders Bob Pittman and Bertha Gonzalez have a proven track record of building entrepreneurial, high-energy orga- nizations that challenge traditional route-to- market strategies. Casa Dragones embodies all of these elements, and once I tasted the extraordinary quality of the product, I knew this is where I wanted to be. TP: What advice would you give to job seekers looking for their next role? RS: In recent years, traditional job industry descriptions are looking for more diversifi ed skill sets. Be open to learning and growing. The industry is constantly evolving and so should you. TP: If you weren't sipping Casa Dragones, you would be drinking…. RS: The perfect Negroni.
