Campari ◗ 2 dashes Regan's Orange Bitters This duo will take your palate on a mini-vacation across the pond. From a 150-year-old Holland-based distillery, Penthouse Vodka distills its corn base six times, accentuates mellow layers of white pepper, oatmeal and cherry pits. Traveling south to the Campania region in southern Italy, Dolce Cilento harvests organic cantaloupe, which blend into its Meloncello expression. Traditionally, it's served as a disgestif, but can also dance nicely along with other spirits like Penthouse. Travel has never been easier than with a cocktail featuring these spirits! Tasting Notes: "Penthouse Vodka was assertive without being sharp. It had a nice 'potato' quality to it even though it was made with corn. The Dolce Cileno had great cantaloupe and orange up front. They balanced each other nicely in the cocktail—great citrus while main- taining a nice heaviness in the body." —Jason Alonzo "The vodka was very clean and sophisticated with subtle minerality and freshness. The fresh cantaloupe and honeydew in the Dolce Cilento was incredibly pleasant. Together in the drink, they made the perfect brunch cocktail." —Jerry Cooper THE VAULT SPIRITS CO.
