Unfortunately, a few bad apples tarnished an exciting and versatile category. To destroy this stigma once and for all, Infuse Spirits founder Seth Benhaim chose to move away from artificial sweeteners and fake syrups; instead, he and his team use the ancient technique of steeping to infuse their products. The operation even peels and processes the fresh fruit and spices them- selves at their Nevada facility. In every bottle of Infuse Orange Clove Vodka, they place real orange peels and cloves—from San Diego and Southern India respec- tively—to infuse the 80-proof, gluten-free corn vodka for a minimum of 30 days before the expression hits the customers' shelves. Not only will it "wow" the palate, it will make you rethink the entire category. Light amber color; rich orange and spice nose; smooth and dry with notes of orange rind and some nice heat; real strands of orange in the bottle; smooth, pleasant and authentic. 93 —Anthony Dias Blue, Blue Reviews, June 2015 INFUSE SPIRITS Most Authentic
