Staff will evaluate each offer and coordinate the customer’s meet- ing with their requested specifications or propose another offer to meet their needs. Other meetings packages include the Government Meeting Package (GMP) which allows government planners to save up to 30 percent per diem and It’s Included! package which gives five percent off the final bill.
