Bobbi worked hand in hand with me, offering feedback that always elevated the work while ensuring the events were communicated in the best and most inclusive way possible. A particularly meaningful example of her thoughtfulness was her idea to create certificates honoring all the female 2025 Emmy nominees within the Motion Picture Editors Guild. This thoughtful gesture ensured that every nominee felt seen and celebrated. Beyond these collaborations, Bobbi has generously shared advice regarding my career, and she has unknowingly been a mentor to me. I value her guidance deeply and admire the way she supports others with such warmth and sincerity. Bobbi is kind, thoughtful, and full of positive energy. She embodies the very values the Fellowship & Service Award was created to honor: professionalism, collaboration, mentorship, generosity of spirit, and an unwavering commitment to our Guild community. I feel grateful to know her and to collaborate with her. She is truly a light in our Guild, and there is no one more deserving of the prestigious Fellowship & Service Award, honoring her many achievements and her dedication to the Guild. PAULA FAIRFIELD S O U N D D E S I G N E R Bobbi, You are such an inspiration in our community, a talented creator, a powerful woman, a generous deep presence, leading us with poise and grace, so needed during these challenging times.
