I have had the good fortune of having worked on 10 Feature Films with Bobbi. For context she was ADR Supervisor in 1995 on my very first Produced Feature John Singleton's "Higher Learning" and on my latest 2025 Feature The RZA's "One Spoon of Chocolate" between those two films we have done another 8 films over the span of 30 years. In this business it's very rare to have a continued working relationship that covers 3 decades. I don't actually know how I would have survived without Bobbi's amazing expertise and guidance throughout my career. Not only has she been there for me guiding me from my first film I've witnessed her guiding first time directors to great success. Filmmaking with Bobbi is a Joy and if you've had the good fortune to create with Bobbi you know the blessings that she brings and if you haven't….. you better Wake UP!!! Congratulations Bobbi on a well earned recognition. SHARON LIEBLEIN C A S T I N G D I R E C T O R It's been an honor to serve with Bobbi Banks on the Television Academy Board and committees. KAROL URBAN R E - R E C O R D I N G M I X E R I am overjoyed to congratulate my dear friend and colleague, Bobbi Banks, on receiving the Guild's prestigious Fellowship and Service Award. Bobbi has been a trusted ally and advocate throughout my personal journey— not only offering me invaluable advice during my tenure as President of the Cinema Audio Society and in other leadership and community service roles, but also sharing her insight and strategic career guidance as I've grown as a re-recording mixer. Her generosity of spirit and unwavering encouragement have been a source of strength for me and a beacon for so many in our community. This recognition feels like a celebration not just of Bobbi's extraordinary contributions, but of the positive ripple effect she has created across our industry. I am thrilled to see her honored with this richly deserved award. Banks Notes
