Each Regional Director has a vote equal to the percentage of deviation from the metric of one director per 1,000 active members. Directors elected at large have a weighted vote of 100. 2025 Compliance Review Report RECOMMENDATION e Compliance Committee recommends the following proposal for the 2025 Delegate Assembly: Region 1: No Change Region 2: Move Mesa EA and MESPA to Region 15 Add Peoria and Peoria ESP from Region 7 Region 3: No Change Region 4: No Change Region 5: No Change Region 6: Add Balsz from Region 7.
