The DGA-Producer Pension and Health Plans will be hosting health fairs and free fl u shot clinics exclusively for DGA members and their families (regardless of Health Plan coverage status) in Los Angeles and New York City this fall. Plan now for the event nearest you. These events will feature: Free Flu Shots Reservations for these free fl u shots are required. To make a new reservation, change any existing reservation or to cancel a reservation, please call the Pension and Health Plans offi ce at (323) 866-2216 or contact them via email at fl ushots@dgaplans.org. These Flu shots are available to all DGA members and their dependents age 13 and over. The DGA Foundation is covering the cost of the fl u shots for participants not covered under the Health Plan. Women who are pregnant or nursing can request a preservative-free fl u shot. High dose vaccines will be available upon request for participants age 65 and older. Participants can indicate their preferred shot type (standard, high-dose, or preservative-free) at the time they make their reservation. myPHP Information Booth • Learn about the myPHP benefi ts portal, where Health and Pension Plans participants can access their personal benefi ts information—including Health Plan eligibility, medical claims, employer contributions, estimated pension benefi t accruals and more—wherever you have internet access! • New myPHP subscribers and current myPHP subscribers who change to paperless delivery of myPHP documents will be entered into a raffl e drawing for an Apple HomePod smart speaker. DGA-PPHP Pension Manager Ed Bohm and Eligibility Manager Maggie Der-Minassian will answer your pension and health benefi ts questions in private 30-minute meetings. A reservation is required. These sessions will take place at the DGA New York Offi ces. Check-in is at the 6th Floor reception desk.
