Formerly senior producer, Taylor joined Squeak E. Clean Studios in 2020 after spending four years at 20th Century Fox. While there, he coordinated music for the hit drama Empire. Since joining Squeak E. Clean, Taylor has produced a wide range of projects. He collaborated with the company's global team on the "Tomorrow Is Yours to Take" campaign for Budweiser, featuring Anderson Paak, as well as on Marriott's "Roam Around the World" campaign, which includes cover versions of the B-52s' hit. In his new role, Taylor will work to streamline the production process, creating efficiencies that speak to the high- ly collaborative nature of the company across multiple time zones. KELLI MATTHEWS JVC Professional Video in Wayne, NJ, recently wel- comed experienced B2B publicist Kelli Matthews to its team. Matthews will serve as the brand's marketing manager, tasked with developing, implementing and executing marketing strategies for JVC. Matthews joins JVC from Konica Minolta Sensing Americas, a leading global manufacturer in the aero- space, automotive and light/display industries. There, she held dual roles as mar- keting specialist and trade show manager. With Konica, Matthews provided sup- port for the company's social media, website, PR, digital and advertising initiatives, along with trade show and event management. She will call on her background to help strengthen JVC's presence throughout the US and Latin America. MITCH GARDINER Uppercut, with locations in New York, Atlanta and Los Angeles, has added senior Flame artist Mitch Gardiner to its continuously expanding VFX department. He got his start creating composites with 35mm film and razorblades during his childhood, which first led to a career as an assistant editor. His passion for elevating motion graphics then led to a career in VFX. The Bay Area native has worked in the Los Angeles post production busi- ness since 1997, spending time at The Finish Line, Swietlik Editorial, Cut + Run, Stitch Editing and Bacon Visual Effects. Gardiner's 2D work and eye for anima- tion can be seen in spots for Dr. Pepper, State Farm and Round Table Pizza. He has also contributed to projects for Apple, Honda, Hershey's, Facebook and Infiniti, among others. LAURA MARTINOVA, RONALD KOETZIER Following the recent addition of executive produc- er Molly Mitchell to its New York office, Identity has signed Laura Martinova and Ronald Koetzier to its directorial roster. An acclaimed photographer and director, Martinova has worked with top brands, artists and publications, including Adidas, Stella McCartney, Benetton, Zalando and Metal Magazine. She has directed commercials, music videos, fashion films and short-form content. Koetzier is an expert tabletop director with over two decades of experience. He has mastered complex effects skills and techniques, and is known as a leader in the directing of high-speed, motion-control footage. He's collaborated with global brands that include Nestle, Pepsi Co., Coca-Cola, Danone, Mondelez and Unilever, to name a few. KRISTIN MANN Pacific Standard Sound in Los Angeles has an- nounced the addition of Kristin Mann to its team as head of production. The sound design company is known for its work on the Oscar-nominated films Roma and The Batman, as well as for its contributions to the Emmy-winning series Stranger Things. Mann is a seasoned producer who brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a robust creative vision to her new role. Raised in central Arkansas, she cut her teeth in the industry as an associate produc- er, contributing to the production of globally-recognized films such as Mud, Midnight Special and the documentary Voyage of Time. Most recently, Mann produced the romantic comedy What Happens Later, directed by Meg Ryan and starring Ryan and David Duchovny, set for a US theatrical release by Bleecker Street. In her new role as head of production, she will blend her deep understanding of storytelling and film production with the creative ethos of the company. ARTIE PEÑA Camp Lucky in Dallas has expanded its roster of creative post talent with the recent addition of Flame artist Artie Peña. Peña first gained industry expe- rience while working at Click 3x in New York City, which is where Flame first caught his attention. After gaining valuable knowledge on the East Coast, he returned to his native Texas to start a long tenure in the editorial department at Charlieuniformtango, where he quickly became a highly sought after Flame artist. Peña's work spans many genres and includes long- and short-form branded content, television series and film. His talents can be seen in work for Samsung, Universal Studios, Chick-fil-A, Tito's Vodka, American Airlines, HGTV and Amazon. SCOTT PRYOR AlongSide Global, a collective of creative busi- nesses with offices in London and New York City, has hired Scott Pryor as director of production. The move follows the company's acquisition of de- sign animation studio Bonfire, as well as the launch of Organs, a new multi-medium creative produc- tion company. Having led the team as head of production and executive producer at Taylor James Ltd., Pryor is a long-time collaborator of AlongSide founder Glen Taylor. He brings a wealth of expertise through roles as a freelance senior producer for Heartbeat Ideas, a freelance executive producer for Millennium Communications, a freelance producer for Saatchi Wellness and a senior pro- ducer for Viva Creative. MATT WADE Matt Wade has joined the team at 11 Dollar Bill, Raleigh, where he will serve as senior editor and creative lead. Formerly with Futuristic Films, Denver, Wade brings experience that spans commercials, digital content, music videos and other media. Some of his recent work includes projects for Colorado Lottery, Spotify and American Airlines. Wade was senior editor at Futuristic Films for four years and previously held a post as editor at Denver agency Crispin Porter Bogusky. A gradu- ate of Colorado State University, he got his start as a director and editor of music videos, though more recently, he has focused on advertising and branded projects.
