In June, hundreds of union educators gathered together
for our first-ever Leadership and Growth Summit — the
renamed and reimagined Summer Institute. Members
led or co-led most of the sessions, sharing insights on
everything from coaching and mentoring to Earth
solidarity in education. Shout-out to everyone who
presented and who made the weekend such a success!
