Skyscraper rooftop drama
is obvious—that is why we
continue to search for the perfect
ones on which to stage scenes
with the most breathtaking
backdrops.
I look forward to seeing future
characters popping out of
rooftop doors and racing around
to an ultimate perilous climax
at their edge, be it a deadly
confrontation or a passionate
kiss. Skyline locations will
springboard future memorable
movie scenes, reinforcing the
astonishing realization that any
of this exists at all.
As a New York scout, I never
tire of this marvelous skyscaper
with its gigantic calm sound and
presence. Oddly like petting the
head of a horse, I feel the skyline
and I are friends.
