J A N U A R Y / F E B R U A R Y 2 0 2 3 | P E R S P E C T I V E 1 3 J E R E M Y W O O L S E Y is a Louisiana native, who began his career as an Art PA in New York City after graduating from the Manship School of Communication. He worked his way through the world of the Art Department in Los Angeles and in his hometown state, which saw a boom in film production. This early experience opened up opportunities to work with accomplished Production Designers such as Barry Robison (on Pitch Perfect), William Arnold (on Dirty Grandpa) and Wynn Thomas (on Hidden Figures). Woolsey also works across the country in the familiar shooting locations of Atlanta, New Orleans and Cleveland. But more recently, he works primarily as a Supervising Art Director. This new role has created opportunities internationally, specifically in S.E. Asia where he has worked twice in three years on films directed by Spike Lee and Peter Farrelly. This experience will serve him well as he returns to Thailand in 2023 for The Sympathizer, which he is currently working on with Donald Graham Burt. Woolsey resides in Los Angeles. W Y N N T H O M A S is a Production Designer who has been working for the last 40 years in the film business. He has had the pleasure of working with new, up-and-coming directors…JD Dillard, Reinardo Green and Kyle Marvin. His most recent movies have been King Richard, Devotion and 80 for Brady.
