PEOPLE www.postmagazine.com 36 POST JAN/FEB 2022 TRICIA HAGORILES Filmmaker and colorist Tricia Hagoriles has joined the Nice Shoes roster as senior colorist for global repre- sentation. Having honed her skills at Alter Ego Post, Hagoriles, who is based in Toronto, helps expand the studio's presence in Canada. After beginning her career as a VFX intern at a stop-motion animation company, and then as a cin- ematography student, Hagoriles discovered a deep passion for color grading, which led to a decade-long career in the Toronto commercial industry. Her work includes projects for Vitamin Water, Nature Valley, Loblaw, VQA Ontario and the Toronto Raptors, while her music video credits include The Weeknd's Reminder and Orville Peck's Hope to Die, along with Shawn Mendes' latest single, It'll Be Okay. JENNY CADWELL Jenny Cadwell has joined full service content com- pany Volt Studios in Minneapolis as senior producer. A Minneapolis native, she discovered her passion for the industry after graduating from Winona State University with a broadcast production focus. She pursued news production before finding her callin in advertising at creative agency Carmichael Lynch. Cadwell also worked as an independent rep before joining agency Fallon as a post producer. This was followed by a successful tenure at Martin Williams, where she was a senior producer, working with national brands that include Payless ShoeSource, Airwalk and Time Warner. NICK METCALF Company 3 has added accomplished colorist Nick Metcalf to its growing artist roster in New York. Formerly senior colorist at The Mill, Metcalf has colored campaigns for brands such as Polo Ralph Lauren, Estee Lauder, Harley-Davidson and Cadillac. He has also collaborated with many leading filmma - ers in the commercial space. Originally from Ohio, Metcalf was always interested in photography and printing. He received a BFA in Photography from New York's School of Visual Arts, and brings an eclectic background of artistic sensibilities and a deep understanding of technological tools. LOUISE BAKER Sound design and music company Machine in London has appointed Louise Baker head of produc- tion. She brings 10 years of professional experience in the post production field, h ving began her career at voiceover company Baker. She then spent two years at Hogarth in audio versioning before making the move to VFX at The Mill. Baker later went on to specialize in color grading at Cheat, where she served as head of production. Among her credits include work on campaigns for Google, Samsung, Audi and Tesco, along with color production on long-form projects for Channel 4 and Netflix RENÉ STEINKELLNER 11 Dollar Bill continues to grow its leadership team with the recent appointment of René Steinkellner, who will serve as executive producer at its Chicago studio. Steinkellner spent 12 years at FCB Chicago, most recently acting as EP, and will now lead post production, business development and client relations at the design, editing and finishing hous . She has worked with 11 Dollar Bill on several recent projects as a freelance producer, and brings deep experience in post on both the agency and facility side. A Chicago native, Steinkellner began her career with the boutique editing company New World. Her background also includes seven years as executive producer/general manager at Outsider Post Production. ISABELA LITTGER Creative animation and design studio Lobo in New York City has added director of animation Isabela (Isa) Littger to its roster for global representation. Her work for major brands spans animation, illustra- tion, character concepts and design. Most recently, Littger directed Wonder Tower, an animated short for Children's Hospital Foundation in celebration of the new structure built in Richmond, VA. CASS VANINI, JEREMY HUFF Boutique post production company Wax in NYC has expanded its editorial roster with the recent additions of (top) Cass Vanini and (bottom) Jeremy Huff. Vanini brings more than two decades of editing experience, including time at Psyop and Work Editorial. He has worked on a variety of projects, including Coca Cola's Happiness Factory and Converse's My Drive Thru, as well as gained experience in the world of VFX. Huff's career began in San Francisco, where he start- ed as an assistant editor at the commercial post house Teak. For four years, he honed his skills, working on a range of projects for brands that included Jansport, EA Sports, Comcast, Google and H&M. In 2011 he relo- cated to New York City, where he worked for Superfad, Lost Planet and Consulate, before arriving at Wax. DARREN JAFFE Los Angeles-based visual effects studio Digital Domain has announced the addition of Darren Jaffe as executive producer for advertising and games. He brings more than two decades of experience working with both creatives and clients, and is poised to help bridge the gap between agencies looking to launch new campaigns and the artists that can bring those visions to life. For 17 years, Jaffee oversaw the creation of award-winning ads (Ford, Riot Games) and short-form content (AICP). Prior to joining Digital Domain, he spent time at Brand New School, Trailer Park, MPC, Superfad and Flavor Design.
