EATIN’ IN THE BIG EASY The 19th Annual New Orleans Wine and Food Experience (NOWFE) five-day extravaganza takes place May 25-29. Nationally recognized as one of the most prestigious festivals of its kind with more than 175 wineries, 1,000 wines and dozens of international wine and food experts, the event is packed with extraordinary wine and food seminars, wine dinners at some of the city’s most celebrated restaurants, one-of-a-kind wine tasting events, and two Grand Tastings on the floor of the famed Louisiana Superdome. Also on tap is the 3rd Annual Louisiana Seafood Festival, which takes place June 11–13. Festival attendees can feast on a variety of Louisiana seafood from alligator to oysters and everything in between. JUST WRIGHT – Queen Latifah and Common star in this romantic comedy about a physical therapist who falls in love with a pro basketball player, who falls in love with her friend (Paula Patton). Opens May 14. ROBIN HOOD– Russell Crowe stars as this iconic fig- ure. Robin and his band of raiders confront corruption in a local village and lead an uprising against King John’s army. Opens May 14. SHREK FOREVER AFTER – Mike Myers returns as the voice of the loveable green ogre. Eddie Murphy, Cameron Diaz and Antonio Banderas also make a tri- umphant return. KNIGHT AND DAY – Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz star in this high-octane movie about a fugitive couple on the run. Opens June 25.
