On the Aer with Vinturi Paul Pace first witnessed Vinturi Aerators at a Las Vegas Epicurean event, but his trip to a British Columbian winery convinced him to include Vinturi products at Treasure Island. "You could go back and forth between the two [aerated and non-aerated] flights and just notice the change in the drinkability of the wines, Pace says of his " winery experience with Vinturi Aerators. "It's really as if you opened it, put it in a decanter and let it sit for a significant amount of time. Yet this is instantaneous. " Pace has since included Vinturi's Red Wine Aerator into TI's Phil's Italian Steakhouse, and he has even added a beverage menu section to highlight red wines that most benefit from aeration.
