It sits on the banks of the Potomac River in Prince George's County, Maryland, in close proximity to Alexandria, Virginia and just a few short minutes from the Nation's Capital. MGM National Harbor opened in December 2016 deliv- ering on its promise of incredible views of the region with a spa, entertainment venue, retail district and a myriad of dining offerings. The LEED® Gold Certified resort offers 50,000 sq. ft. of meeting and convention space, 24 stories of luxury rooms with 234 guest rooms and 74 suites including a Presidential and Chairman's Suite. The resort's dynamic casino is equipped with a 125,000 sq. ft. gaming floor that includes slots, table game, and poker along with two distinct nightlife venues: Felt Bar & Lounge and Blossom Cocktail Lounge. Guests will discover the retail col- lection in The District corridor comprised of a high-end portfolio of local and international brands including SJP by Sarah Jessica Parker, STITCHED, MCM, Brietling and Fink's Jewler's. The two-story spa and salon spans 27,000 sq. ft. and features 11 treatment rooms, a couples waiting area, hydro-therapy and Vichy rooms, and separate men's and women's spas with steam rooms, saunas, and more. The salon includes four stylists' stations, a color room, four manicure and six pedicure stations. A separate men's barber lounge features conventional shaves and haircuts in a mascu- line setting. The resort's fitness center is complimentary to hotel guests and is fully equipped with 45 machines, free weights and circuit training areas. MGM National Harbor provides more than 12 dining options from fast-casual to fine-dining, featuring two celebrated chef-driven restaurants: FISH by Michelin starred Spanish-American Chef José Andrés and Voltaggio Brother's Steak House by Bravo's Top Chef alumni and brothers Bryan and Michael Voltaggio. As the epicenter for entertainment in the Capitol region, the resort provides a 3,000-seat entertainment venue complete with tel- escopic seating. The Theater at MGM National Harbor allows guests to customize their viewing experience with seven private VIP suites and has hosted world-class entertainment performers and sporting events from Bruno Mars, Cher and Showtime Boxing to the 2016 Miss World Pageant, among many others. A partnership between Sydell Group and MGM Resorts International, the project is transforming the former Monte Carlo into two new distinct experiences when complete at the end of 2018: the 2,700- room Park MGM and a Las Vegas version of the renowned NoMad, a standalone 292-room hotel encompassing the tower's top four floors. Located in the heart of The Strip adjacent to The Park, an entertainment and dining neighborhood, and the 20,000-seat T-Mobile Arena, Park MGM blends classic European style with a modern sensibility while cultivating a distinctive sense of place infused with local inspiration. Guests can indulge in innovative new dining destinations such as Chicago-based Hogsalt Hospitality's renowned Bavette's Steakhouse & Bar; Primrose, a South of France- inspired restaurant with an outdoor garden terrace; and Juniper Cocktail Lounge, a stylish atmosphere with creative handcrafted liba- tions. For meeting attendees, Park MGM's modern, non-traditional spaces and flexible design fill an unmet need in Las Vegas for small groups including the newly opened Madison Meeting Center (MMC). The 10,000-sq. ft. space is the first executive meeting center in Las Vegas and caters to groups between 10-50 people. MMC offers Complete Meeting Packages, an all-inclusive pricing option that provides added convenience and cost-efficiency. For those wanting outdoor meeting space, the 4,345-square-foot Central Park Terrace provides the ideal setting. Later this year, Park MGM will introduce the Ideation Studio, completing the resort's new 77,000-sq. ft. conference and event space.
