With so many options, planners can select the perfect hotel and offer their attendees a range of hotel options and rates. In addition, the FORUM Sky Bridge will feature a monorail stop, giving attendees an effortless way to get around the Las Vegas Strip and connect to the Las Vegas Convention Center. CAESARS PALACE The iconic Caesars Palace offers planners 3,960 well- appointed rooms with luxurious amenities, contemporary elegance and convenience. The property features 300,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, with the two largest ballrooms at 51,000 sq. ft. each with more than 25 sections and multiple combinations. Caesars Palace recently completed a $100 million reno- vation of the Palace Tower. The room design is exquisite with views of the Garden of the Gods pool and is perfect for conferences, as the tower has an elevator bank right into the meeting space. Attendees can go right from their room to the conference center with no distractions. Caesars Palace features many special venues such as the Colosseum, where stars such as Celine Dion and Elton John perform. The theater includes a half-acre stage, one of the world's largest LED screens, and seating for over 4,100. Many companies have held their opening sessions in this amazing venue. The iconic 4.5-acre Garden of The Gods Pool Oasis with 5 beautifully designed pools can accommodate more than 4, 000 guests for a private event. With more than 15 restaurants, Caesars Palace is widely recognized for launching the celebrity chef trend in Las Vegas. Today, world-renowned names like Bobby Flay, Gordon Ramsay, Giada de Laurentiis, Old Homestead Steakhouse, Rao's and Guy Savoy continue to raise the bar for dining in Las Vegas. The world's first Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen restaurant is turning up the heat in Las Vegas. Drawing inspiration from the global hit reality television show starring world-renowned Chef Gordon Ramsay. Guests will feel like they are on the studio set. Located in front of Caesars Palace, the restaurant seats more than 300 guests including two chef's tables, floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Strip, red and blue details in the show kitchen, a private dining room, a contemporary bar serving the latest trends in mixology. In February 2018, celebrated chef, author and television personality, Giada De Laurentiis, opened her second restaurant, Pronto by Giada, at Caesars Palace. Guests can now take a quick bite of the good life with De Laurentiis' signature California- Italian fare but in a fast, casual format, conveniently positioned steps away from Caesars Palace Convention Center. HARRAH'S WATERFRONT CONFERENCE CENTER ATLANTIC CITY Caesars Entertainment rushed in a new era in Atlantic City with the debut of Harrah's Waterfront Conference Center in 2015. The facility offers 125,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, up to 5,000 attendees. The hotel conference center complex is the largest from Baltimore to Boston and within a three-hour drive from one third of the U.S. population. Harrah's Atlantic City offers 2,590 spacious guest rooms and luxurious suites, each providing panoramic views of the city and bay. The Bayview rooms and suites were recently renovated and are contemporary in design. The spacious rooms feature a beautiful tiled foyer, soaring ceiling, con- temporary furnishings and a spacious bathroom. The more than 10 restaurants, including the soon-to- open Gordon Ramsay Steak, are perfect for buy-outs or a dine-arounds. The After-Dark Pool is a great option for opening or closing events year-round for up to 2,000 guests. As an indoor tropical oasis by day and chic party spot by night, it is considered a premiere nightlife destination in Atlantic City. Under a 90-ft.-high glass dome, it's always 82 degrees and the water in the pool is warm 365 days a year. It features seven hot tubs and 12 cabanas. The new Fitness Center is another important amenity with more than 40 state-of-the-art machines to choose from with lush, tropical pool views to accommodate any meeting attendee's busy schedule.
