Our talented set decorator, Merissa Lombardo, had to vet every piece of furniture for its fire retardancy, and purchase multiples of each piece to reset after every take. This added layer of complexity is of course, not noticeable on film, but required a lot of extra work and allocated costs, especially since the set dressing was often vintage and sourced from various dealers around the South.
